Simple ways to protect yourself from the harmful effects of radiation exposure from today’s electronics

warning_radiation_riskTo say we live in a technological age may be an understatement. Much of our electronic gadgets today can be very helpful and convenient. However there’s a downside to all of this technology and it is this: our bodies are being exposed to harmful radiation at an alarming rate and unless we take measures TODAY to limit and/or reverse the damage our bodies are experiencing as a result of this especially in or near major cities in our nation, there could be very expensive consequences to face down the road.

Some possible health problems associated with exposure to electronic devices such as a microwave, cell phone, computer, Ipad, Kindle etc…

  • headaches
  • fati gue
  • dizziness,
  • eye problems
  • hair loss
  • muscle and heart impairment
  • muscle tension
  • increased stress
  • sleep disruption
  • energy loss
  • poor concentration
  • poor memory
  • cancer to the brain and organs
  • heart problems
  • thyroid malfunction
  • weakened immune function and more

What can be done?
Well, it’s not possible to completely avoid electromagnetic radiation even if you moved to a secluded island or you threw out your LCD TV, computer and cell phone tomorrow. You are still exposed to radiation from electromagnetic radiation especially if you have to use electronic devices for work or school, from WiFi signals coming from your neighbor’s house, your public library, contaminated environment from radiation leakage from a power plant, cell phone towers near your home, wifi on the trains and buses and many more possibilities.

We cannot completely avoid exposure to electromagnetic signals as it’s all around us especially in major cities in our country and even possibly emanating from our technology in space beaming down to Earth. But here are some proactive things we can do.

Some steps we can take TODAY that can reverse its harmful effects on us:

  • avoid or limit your time spent at a library or restaurant that offers free wifi
  • get a anti-glare/radiation screen filter for your computer or cell phone
  • set aside a few minuets to watch the video on this page

In addition to the above steps, it is possibly even more important to give your body the best chance at preventing and/or reversing the effects of electromagnetic radiation is to frequently consume on a daily basis as much organic/non-GMO foods, vitamins and minerals like:

Vitamin D3 (from 10-15 mins of natural sunlight depending on your skin tone)

  • Beets
  • Spirulina
  • Chlorella
  • Kelp
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Wheat Grass
  • Apples (and other fruits rich in pectin)
  • Lemons
  • Parsley
  • Sauerkraut
  • Iodine/nascent iodine
  • Calcium
  • Magnesium
  • Brewers Yeast
  • Turmeric
  • Noni
  • Curcumin
  • B-complex vitamins
  • Melatonin
  • Tulsi tea (from Holy Basil)
  • Omega-3 fatty acids
  • Glutathione
  • Selenium
  • Ginger
  • Avocado
  • Horseradish
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Cilantro
  • Coconut oil (consume sparingly since it’s high in fat)

Eating a nutrient rich diet like the Hallelujah Diet, getting more oxygen (through exercise), plenty of deep sleep (as a great amount of healing takes place while in deep REM sleep mode) and drinking enough uncontaminated water will give your body the best chance of obtaining many of the vital nutrients listed above to help you limit and reverse the effects of radiation exposure. On the contrary, neglecting your health and eating a diet high in processed food, meat, dairy, GMOs, refined sugars, and refined salts may leave your body more vulnerable to radiation and hinder your body’s ability to heal/reverse the harmful effects.
